Happy New Year!

The 100th episode of The WDW Radio Show went live late last night. Congratulations to Lou Mongello on reaching this milestone in podcasting – as well as setting a new record for length of his show.

And a big Congratulations and Thank You to all of you: 100% for 100 Shows was a huge success. Not only was the $45,000 goal reached, it was surpassed by several hundred dollars!

Just amazing what Team work can do!

Just think of how many children had wishes granted because of this money raised.

This isn’t the end of the story, though. Not by a long shot. There’s no shortage of Wishes out there, and we’ll be setting a new goal to shoot for in the next few days. And I have no doubt that as a Team, we will continue to make magic happen for children in need of it throughout 2009.

As the first person who made a donation after the $45,000 was reached commented: “Might as well keep going…” And keep going we will!

There are still a few days before the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend kicks off, and runners are still looking for donations. You can show them your support by making a donation on the firstgiving page.

In a few weeks we will begin seeking donations and sponsors for The Dream Team Project Charity Auction at MagicMeets. Expect that to start around mid-to-late-February. Please feel free to contact me via email [pat @ disneyworldtrivia . com] if you have any questions.

Thank you again for every dollar donated, every hour volunteered, and every bit of support you have shown! You are the magic behind the Team.
