Top Ten (and more) Queues in Walt Disney World

Hello and welcome to The WDW Radio Show – Your Walt Disney World Information Station. I am your host, Lou Mongello, and this is show #132 for the week of August 16, 2009. Thank you for tuning in once again.

There’s no news this week, as I’m traveling quite a bit, but instead, I wanted to bring you a Top Ten list that I’ve been looking forward to covering for quite some time. You know that Walt Disney World is all about story and detail, and some of the very best examples of both take place even before you enter an attraction. So this week, we’re going to look at the Top Ten (and then some) Queues in Walt Disney World.

I’ll play more of your voicemails at the end of the show, so sit back, relax, and enjoy this week’s episode of the WDW Radio Show.

You can email the show at lou@wdwradio.com or call the voicemail TOLL FREE at 888-703-2171.

  1. Chuck Zitta says:

Yes, a top ten of Tim’s nicknames! That would be hilarious. To be fair, you have to let Tim come up with a top ten list of nicknames for you as well Lou. All nicknames would have to be justified per Disney references. The TTA as the Queue for Tomorrowland? That’s an awesome thought! Lets not forget the Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain queues. A few recent additions: Seven Dwarf’s Mine Train, Peter Pan’s Flight. Number one has to be the Haunted Mansion. Sets the mood, as you said, the que starts way before you get to the front gates, the sounds, the stretching room, the cemetery, the ghost horse and buggy, the tombstones, the cast members, etc. Then, there’s the after ride queue as well. Thank again for another fantastic Top Ten with Tim show, Lou!!!
