Listen to the Show

Hello and welcome to The WDW Radio Show – Your Walt Disney World Information Station. I am your host, Lou Mongello, and this is show #186 for the week of September 5, 2010.

This week, join us as we visit the all new Meatball Bar at Portobello Restaurant in Downtown Disney. Sit alongside us as we do a live review of the 4 varieties of meatball sandwiches available, sample the local, organic beer, and talk with Portobello’s Executive Chef Steven Richard about the concept and flavors of this unique dining experience, which offers one of the best values on property.

I’m very excited about an important announcement I’ll make about a new project I’ve been working on for some time now – you’ll definitely want to stay tuned for that entire segment!

I’ll then have a few announcements and then play more of your voicemails at the end of the show. So sit back, relax, and enjoy this week’s episode of the WDW Radio Show.

I have a question, is the bar menu just at the actual bar or can you eat in the bar area (from the pic it looks like there are bar top tables). We were planning on sampling the menu on Saturday but would have our 1 yr old with us and wanted to make sure she could get in.

  7. Erin says:

Oooh that garlic! I make it at home now and on occasion will have garlic and bread for dinner (and nuttin’ else…I’m allowed! I’m an adult! hahaha). You’ve made my mouth water!

  8. Did Scott survive the Cheese?

  9. 1 question now that the evening is over… did he survive THE CHEESE?

  10. Chuck Zitta says:

Hey Lou, I can ‘hear’ the sauce on your face! Sounds like you guys really enjoyed the meatballs. They all sound good to me. Good to hear that Scott had some cheese! Thanks again, for another tasty show, Lou!!!
