Maximizing Your Time in the Parks

Hello and welcome to The WDW Radio Show – Your Walt Disney World Information Station. I am your host, Lou Mongello, and this is show #213 for the week of March 13, 2011.

Although I talk, usually at length, about taking time to slow down and appreciate all of Walt Disney World’s details, stories and overlooked experiences, I also understand that for many individuals and families, they have limited time to enjoy all of the shows and attractions in the parks. And although we all tour differently, it’s about maximizing your time and getting the most out of your vacation experience. This week, we’ll look at some tips to do just that, including how using an online resource at home and in the parks can help you save time and money on your next visit.

I’ll have some announcements and then play more of your voicemails at the end of the show, so sit back, relax, and enjoy this week’s episode of the WDW Radio Show.

Thanks for listening! Be sure to tune in next week!

Yeah, I’m definitely a planner. I feel like if we don’t have a plan, so much of our valuable time gets lost in the WDW shuffle. However, I do like to schedule an afternoon or two of unplanned fun into the trip as well to allow for some random adventuring as well! Accept for the food. Gotta have a plan for where and when we eat each, and every day of the trip, barring snacks of course. Before our next trip, I’ll be sure to ‘plan’ on picking up an Unofficial Guide. Thanks again for another informatively entertaining show, Lou!!!

Another solid episode. Henry definitely knows the parks and the difference between having an okay time in the parks and having a fantastic day (I do enjoy a day with a good flow to it) in the parks can be to have a solid plan 1. before you go 2. once you get there. This was recorded five years ago and the cost has only gone up a dollar. Fantastic value for what you can get out of it.
