I believe there is a hidden Mickey on one of the planets that pass across the ceiling. It looks like a classic Mickey formed by craters. I haven’t been in about 3 years so I’m not sure it’s still there. There used to be a few in the old SMTV reports.

There is also one right out front that you can only see when it rains. It’s something like an oil spill that turns a greenish purple.

Peter – Great question! As of right now there are no Hidden Mickeys that I am aware of on Space Mountain. There used to be a Hidden Mickey in the shadow of Winnie the Pooh crossing a rock in one of the post-show scenes. It was a really difficult one to find too! But it has since been removed.

Do you know of any Hidden Mickeys on Space Mountain? It’s one of my favorite rides, but I’ve never seen any there.

My all-time favorite one is in Epcot in Norway. The queue for Maelstrom, in the mural, in the Viking ship, one of the passengers is wearing ears. And the pocket on the female cruise director’s shirt, along with her clipboard also make a Mickey head.

DisneyDaddy – The Hidden Mickeys on Spaceship Earth are some of my favorites, but I knew once I started mentioning some I would end up naming them all! Sadly I had to cut the list somewhere, but I could have gone on and on naming my favorite ones!

Don’t forget some of the great HM’s in Spaceship Earth (scrolls, watermark on sleeping monk’s page and the paint mark HM). And then there are the multiple HM’s at Rafiki’s Planet Watch.
