Adventure Into The World of Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Fantasy: Disney Tip #23

TIPS LOGOI think a lot of us can agree that the most difficult part of any day is waking up to an alarm blaring in the morning.

Now, this task seems easier when on vacation at Walt Disney World but if you want to surprise your kids with a little Disney magic, hotel guests have the opportunity to call the front desk and request a wake-up call from a Disney character.

It is said that if you request a random time to receive the call, your chances of a morning greeting from Mickey Mouse are Mickey Phonehigher. On my last trip to Walt Disney World, my family and I got a wake-up call at 7 a.m. from Stitch and his breath alone through the phone was enough to get us going for the day! (Smell it for yourself on Stitch’s Great Escape! in Magic Kingdom…)

How many of you have received a Disney character wake-up call? Which character did you get a call from?

Peyton is currently a student at the University of Mississippi majoring in Journalism with an emphasis in print. Growing up in Los Angeles and most recently moving to Atlanta, he has seen and experienced the best of both Disneyland and Disney World. Making his first visit to Disney World at the age of 5, he has never looked back as he entered the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.
