AdventureOne of the best parts about trips to Walt Disney World® is getting to pick out a souvenir.

Every year I get to visit, I always find myself picking something with a date on it to commemorate my trip. This always helps cure nostalgia while I am back home to have a piece of the parks with me.

On occasion though, there have been times where I have accidentally broken a souvenir while at the parks.

Like many things, Disney does everything they can to make sure guests are happy and taken care of.

One of my favorite tips is that if you happen to break something you have bought on property, take it to the closest store where the item is located, and they will replace your broken item for free!

I have been able to replace a few ornaments during the holidays and pens that did not work. Disney had no issue letting me pick out a brand new item.

    Once my sisters autograph pen started leaking while we were IN line to see a character! Thankfully there was a cart selling them right next to us and my dad went over and asked for a new one. They didn’t mind at all!

    On our last trip, I purchased a mug, along with a bunch of other souvenirs, at Downtown Disney and had them sent to my resort. When I picked up my merchandise, the mug was broken in a million different pieces. The folks at our resort were able to call the store and have another one shipped to our resort, at no cost. Talk about customer service!
