Adventure Into The World of Yesterday, Tomorrow, and Fantasy: Disney Tip #41

AdventureNow that winter is winding down, this could only mean one thing; spring is right around the corner!

While Florida has already gotten an annual kickstart on the warm weather, Walt Disney World® has begun the 2014 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival Presented by HGTV.

Running from March 5th-March 18th, 2014, guests will have the opportunity to admire many topiary displays and various seasonal foods throughout World Showcase.

For months, Disney and HGTV have paired up to prepare for this awesome spring event.

My tip this week is for those who are going to the event, make sure you pick up a “GardenEpcot Flower and Garden Festival Passport” map which will provide all of the topiary and garden locations as well as my favorite, various Outdoor Kitchens around World Showcase that will give you an opportunity to try seasonal foods.

The event also provides a great opportunity for kids to learn about gardening as well as engaging in various activities and giving them the opportunity to try some new foods they may not have back home.

How many of you have been to the Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival? What was your experience like? Comment below!

Peyton is currently a student at the University of Mississippi majoring in Journalism with an emphasis in print. Growing up in Los Angeles and most recently moving to Atlanta, he has seen and experienced the best of both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Making his first visit to Walt Disney World at the age of 5, he has never looked back as he entered the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.
