Join Lou Mongello as he samples the new “Piggylicious” Bacon Cupcake from The Smokehouse: Barbeque And Brews Outdoor Kitchen in The American Adventure pavilion courtyard during the 2014 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

The cupcake features Neuske’s Applewood-smoked bacon inside, with maple frosting and pretzel crunch on top.

The cupcake is part of the celebration of the release of “Muppets Most Wanted,” along with new Kermit and Miss Piggy topiaries located in World Showcase between Germany and Italy.

    I am going to estimate that cost around .30-.45 to make. Disney sells it
    for $3.50. A 1200% mark up. That’s not a bad profit margin. To “piggy
    back” on the recent ticket increases Disney is catering more and more to
    the upper middle class and shunning everyone else below. The recent
    investments in sprawling DVC across the parks only futhers to bolster my
    point. Len Testa recently commented that the avg vacation for a family of
    4 to DisneyWorld is topping out around $4,000. Disgusting.
