In 45 days, we’ll be experiencing Landscape of Flavors for ourselves! This review was a nice surprise. I’d also love to hear a review of the new food trucks in Downtown Disney. Thanks Lou!

  2. Marla in CA says:

After hearing your review, I think I have to revisit what time I want to visit this hotel to check out Landscape! Thanks for the review! Love hearing your family give their reviews.

bring the kids to The Mara for a future live review.

  4. Scott says:

    Hey Lou,

Love the reviews can’t wait to hear the next one. I would like to nominate Mama Melrose, love the restaurant and the server there called ‘David’ is awesome.

Thanks again and keep up the good work!

    Hey Nicholas,
Sup Dawg ! Great job again this week, and I now have to add yet another restaurant to my WDW must try list. Tell your Dad to let you and Marion help him with a top 10 next time with Tim !

Headed up to WDW for star wars weekend. Quick two nighter, eating at ohana, and boma. Anyway, would love to hear a live review of boma. Just wanna hear you guys let loose on that buffet…

  7. Devan says:

I stayed at AoA this past fall and was extremely impressed with the Landscape of Flavors. I am gluten intolerant and couldn’t believe there were actually gluten free items listed on the menu without having to be special ordered. Not only that, the GF options were GOOD! Highly recommend this resort and “food court” to anyone debating staying here!!

  8. jill Long says:

Loved this show Lou it was great that the whole family were there to share their experience! Thank you!

  9. Brent says:

This was fun to listen to, we will be there in less than 3 weeks and can’t wait to try the food at AoA!

  10. Daniel Weiss says:

I love the whole family shows! Looks like the food didn’t last long enough for photos though…

  11. Eileen says:

Just want to say that I am very impressed with Marian and Nicholas – very well-spoken and intelligent children! Look forward to hearing more from them. But God help you when they become teenagers, they’re already a match for lawyer-dad!

  12. Steve says:

The live restaurant reviews with your family are the best of the restaurant reviews! Keep them coming. The kids’ comments are adorable, and helpful for other parents trying to decide where to take their own kids.

    Love the show Lou.

  13. Paul Shoemaker says:

What a well timed review for us! We’re staying at AofA in early May!! Our last trip we stayed at Pop Century and on our last day went over to eat at Landscape of Flavors and realized we should have made the trip much earlier. We didn’t realize there was such a gem just across the Generation Gap. Love hearing your family reviews! This needs to be a mainstay just like the Top 10+ (hint! rename the Top 10 shows to Top 10+ to match the FP+… it ends up being that way anyways 😉

Thank you for everything you do Lou… and thank you Mongello family for supporting Lou’s dream. You guys are awesome-sauce!!

  14. Chuck says:

Lou, do you have a picture of the BBQ and cornbread waffles? I am going to try and recreate that dish.

  15. David (ohiodisneydad) says:

    Hey Lou,

My family and I are going to give Landscape of Flavors a shot on our upcoming trip! I’ll be leaving you a voicemail or sending along an email invite for a Gelato!

  16. Jack says:

The FLETCH reference made my day!

  17. Adrienne Stazzone says:

    Hey Lou!

Just finished catching up on show #399 earlier today and I absolutely loved it. Taking the advice of your kids, I had to comment and say that I really love it when your family is on the show. I’m hoping that the idea to put gelato on the seven layer bar secured the kids lots of food reviews to come. Love hearing their thoughts!

  18. Chuck Zitta says:

Boy, I’m glad I just had lunch! That review sounded delicious! Never been to Landscape of Flavors.

A few places I wouldn’t mind hearing live food reviews from: Beaches and Cream, Biergarten, 50’s Prime Time Cafe (that could be fun), Bongos Cuban Cafe, Brown Derby Restaurant (not outside), the Pizza window on the Boardwalk (why not?) and Artist Point. How’s that for starters?

Thanks again for another spectacular/tasty show, Lou and family!!!
