Join me at the table this week as we sit back, relax, to enjoy and review the Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar in the Italy pavilion in Epcot in Walt Disney World. More than a lounge, it is a true hidden gem, a delicious surprise, and a personal favorite getaway in the parks. We’ll sample and review much of the appetizer, dinner, dessert, and wine menus, and I’ll share stories and compare how some of the items at Tutto Gusto hold up to what I would eat at my grandmother’s house every Sunday while growing up. You might want to have a bowl of pasta handy while you’re listening, and I’ll apologize in advance for my butchering of the Italian language.

    Hey-Hey Beci! Congrats on your first dining review! So, this review is basically part 1 of what came later last Wednesday evening in the box, eh? Very nice. I have to say, we’ve never been in Tutto Gusto, didn’t even know it was there! (bowing head in shame). It truly does sound like a “hidden gem”. Shhhhh, let’s keep this a secret. I can tell you, this type of place is right up our alley. Wine bars/charcuteries are a big favorite of ours. Especially my wife! LOL!!! But it sounds like Tutto Gusto takes it one step further and offers much more to eat than what we’re typically used to at a wine bar. Yes, the perfect place to go hang out and have a “nice” dinner, conversation (and a glass or three of wine, a cocktail, or whatever). Agree with you guys, I could easily see us spending a WHOLE afternoon there. Up where we live, we have a lot of local wineries and spend many a weekend afternoons (when the weather is nice) touring our local wineries out in the countryside. It’s a great way to kick back, relax and enjoy what nature has to offer. Anyway, I am so happy to finally see you and Beci doing a food review together. Oh, and I’ll take a little of that bruschetta, please (loved learning how it’s really pronounced!). They offer beer too? BONUS. Thanks for that little tidbit of information, Beci. It ALL sounds fantastic! Great food, great atmosphere. Perfect. I’m adding it to the list of “must do’s”. Has to be one of my favorite food reviews. Top 3 for sure.

    What a wonderful review!! I cannot wait to try Tutto Gusto! I’ve been to Italy twice (I took a 10 day-tour of Northern Italy and on a separate trip I spent a week in Venice). This review brought back so many memories between the food, the vino and the conversation. The wines you sampled are some of my very favorites! I LOVED this review!! Thank you for bringing it to us.

    Great podcast Lou! We really love Tutto Gusto and stop there any chance we get, on most trips in fact. It is an especially wonderful spot to grab some much-needed air conditioning and a delicious snack of antipasto and vino 🙂 My husband loves Sergio the juggler so often while waiting for Sergio we take a little break at TG. Thanks to your podcast I just added it to our trip plans in November when we will be taking a first-timer – she will love this experience I’m sure!

    Very, very nice episode, Lou. I enjoyed your Cast Member (waiter) popping in from time to time too — so friendly and knowledgeable, always wanting to inform and always with kindness and respect.

    When it was over and I noticed the time, I had no idea! I didn’t even notice, or mind, that this was a Bonus-Bonus episode.

    “You’re having the perfect Italian meal” was a great ending quote.

    Oh Lou, you were killing me with your review on the way to work this morning. My 2 pieces of toast did not hold up to the feast you and Beci were describing. We are heading down to Disney the end of September, and now we have to find room in our plans for a wee bite or two or three at Tutto, I think we have room the night we are heading over to HS to see the Star Wars show. Love all your podcasts!

    Have never been here, but have only been to Disney once as an adult (when we got engaged). 2nd trip is coming this December, and every time I listen to your reviews I always at least consider changing my ADRs.

    Thanks for the live review! We are going in October and had an ADR to go back to Tutto Italia. But after listening to the podcast I canceled it and we are going to try Tutto Gusto. 🙂

    Positively drooling over your review of Tutto Gusto – I think it was your best review yet! But Beci, there is a reason to go to Tutto Gusto even when you have a reservation already at Via Napoli: a pre-dinner glass of wine and appetizer! My husband and I were there about a week after you recorded this review and with about an hour before our reservation decided we just wanted a glass of wine and we had La Serenissima (the asparagus, asiago cheese and seafood salad). What a pleasure, just 2 adults sitting and relaxing before dinner. You’re right – you forget you’re in Epcot! To be honest, the appetizers at Via Napoli are rather ordinary, so this was a great way to start the evening. Now I want to have dinner at Tutto Gusto! Thanks for a wonderful suggestion!
