  1. Chuck Zitta says:

I would have to say my favorite “land” is a combo of Frontierland/Liberty Square, which blend seamlessly together and provide a fabulous array of attractions with some of the best food in the park. You have Splash and Big Thunder Mountains, Country Bears, the Shootin’ Arcade, Tom Sawyer Island, the Hall of Presidents, and of course, the Haunted Mansion! And I see the Muppets are movin’ into the neighborhood as well. Then, when you get hungry, there’s Pecos Bill’s, Columbia Harbour House, Sleepy Hollow for a snack, and our favorite place to eat dinner in the MK, Liberty Tree Tavern – for a Thanksgiving feast! Especially love the vibe of this area during Halloween/at night. It’s also a great place to watch the parades, and possibly a little less congested than Main Street. As an added BONUS, you can easily slip over to Adventureland via the Breezeway for more fun on Pirates, the Jungle Cruise, Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room and more! And, while you’re at it, pick up a Dole Whip or Citrus Swirl, and watch out for those spitting camels :0)

Thanks again for another learning/entertaining/hilarious experience, Lou and Beci!!!

  2. Jennifer Lambert says:

My favorite land is Adventureland. After all “adventure is out there!”
I love the classic attractions especially Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room, Skipper Canteen, Jungle Cruise, Pirates and of course Adventureland is the home of Dole Whip!

PS: From the movie ‘Clue’ 🙂
Tim Curry (aka SIR) played Wadsworth the butler.

Wadsworth: I’m merely a humble butler.
Col. Mustard: What exactly do you do?
    Wadsworth: I buttle, sir.

  3. Samantha says:

My favorite land is Adventureland. I love the music and atmosphere. Also my husband and I are HUGE fans of Pirates of the Caribbean ride and the movies. And of course home of the Dole Whip! 🙂

  4. David Seymour says:

My favorite land is Fantasyland. PhilharMagic, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Under the Sea, Winnie the Pooh, Mine Train to name a few. Probably because of the experiences I shared with my sons there but I enjoy the storytelling too.

  5. It is so hard for me to pick just one, but if I can only pick one then it is Adventure Land. I have the earliest memories of Pirates and the Jungle Cruse so those are always on my must do list.

I cant’ wait to visit the World again. We have our next trip planned for the end of November and we are mulling over a spur of the moment short trip in the next two week.

  6. Katie Taylor says:

If I have to pick just one, I would go with Adventureland for sure. Not only do I love this land, my kids fell in love too. My oldest loves Pirates of the Carribean, my middle daughter has adored the Tiki Room since the first time we went 3 years ago and my youngest loves the magic carpets (especially making them go up and down)!

  7. Chuck Munson says:

Since I didn’t see it mentioned by anyone above, your reference to “Before the Parade Passes By”, is from one of my absolute favorite musicals, “Hello, Dolly!”

You and Beci are podcast magic. Love hearing your banter.
