always plotting, planning, and looking forward to our next adventure...
thanx
Our wedding was at WDW. We had what was called an intimate wedding, just 13 of us in all. It was at the Yacht and Beach Club gazebo and dinner was at the Yachtsman. Everything was beautiful!! The planner did a wonderful job! Even though it was almost 13 years ago(wow that number is popular, today is the 13th!) I can tell you everything about it. PM me if you want.

OK, just took a look at the wedding website, WOW!! I didn't have that many options! I don't think I could have afforded a Disney wedding if I had to do it now. I have to look up the actual total to see how much it cost us. I am pretty sure it was well under 10,000!
what...ohh my god! Im so young I cannot afford that at all!
Okay, I am getting married there in December, at the Wedding Pavilion and there ARE ways to do it for cheap. We're having an intimate wedding with 18 guests, which really once we thought about it, most people don't go to the church for the wedding anyway, so it doesn't matter. Then we are NOT having a reception at Disney. Since we both live in Wisconsin, we are just having a reception up there which everyone will attend. The base price that includes everything for my wedding is $3,900. Which you get music, transportation, photos, cake, drink, an officiant, etc, It isn't too bad of a package. You can add extras on, which I am planning on doing. The average cost of a wedding is about $10,000 now today, and that's for a small wedding and reception.
There are ways to make it not very expensive, and the cost of my Disney Wedding will be about the same as my reception (which is Disney themed!). So it's definitely possible to do, but that's me.
If you have any questions I am in the midst of wedding planning, so I may be able to help.
And I'm glad your wedding was amazing Donna, that gives me good hopes. :-)
