Yes I knew I had heard the music before. Not sure how they are able to use it.
My DD has brought up an interesting observation. The music on the new WDW DVD seems to be almost if not exactly the same as the music in the live action Peter Pan that came out a couple of years ago. We just played a section of the movie and I must say the music is quite similar!! The movie is not from Disney, so how can they get away with using the music.
If anyone wants to listen for themselves - use the scene where the Darling kids first to learn to fly and go out the window.

Yes, i did point this out in a thread (http://www.disneyworldtrivia.com/for...ad.php?t=10603)
and it does draw a bit of controversy. I mean, how can that not be considered a Disney movie?
