How do they keep track??

So I have been to Disney a lot in my life and as far as we have always known, Disney doesn't keep track of how often you go. But now they have been telling us when we call and make reservations that we have stayed x number of times. The strange thing is that the number they tell us is always way different than the time before?? Anyone know whats up?

Don't know what's up with that. They have never told us that before.
When we made reservations last month, they had asked us if we had stayed on property before. Of course we had. We then got a personalized brochure in the amil that told us welcome back to the resort and told us about the changes that had occurred since our last visit.

I always thought that they should have kept track some way to keep up with visitor loyalty and do something for the people who return often.

I remember on previous phone calls it was mentioned when my last visit was. And that I was booking the same resort again.

Maybe the info is there, but it's up to the CM to share the info w/ you? I'm sure they're supposed to follow a call center check list on what points they're supposed to touch or not.
