Package deliverey to resorts

Hello.

I have what I think is a dumb question, so I apologize in advance.

I understand if you stay on property, you can have items you buy in the gift shops in the aprks sent to your resort, istead of lugging thema ll over the world.

My question is does this also apply to the stores at Downtown Disney, especially World of Disney?

Yes, you can have purchases sent back to your room from World of Disney, Once Upon A Toy, and I believe the other shops at Downtown Disney. I know for sure you can have them shipped home. There is a delay, though - you can't be checking out the next day.

We use this all the time. Its great, especially with my kids who want everything.

P.S. Yes, you should expect delays (no more than next day), but there is always that Disney magic that might get your gifts there the same day if you are checking out the next day.

I know in the parks you cannot send them 3 hours before the park closes ie MGM at about 6:30 don't ask about it on normal days and about 9:30 on Extra Magic Hours days. I am not sure if Downtown has a similar deal. I sell merchandise in the Studios for the next 5 days as my college program is ending and I actually tried package pick-up to see how it is and it is a good deal. The problem is Disney only says it in the parks. if only it was promoted on the park maps, wait a second I take it back because some guests I've dealt with in merchandise cannot find the enterance to Muppet Vision when they are in Muppet Courtyard.
