ring stall still there?

I know this is a huge long shot, but is there still a stall that carves rings to the shape of your initials.
i seem to recall it was somewhere near POTC. I had mine done about 15 years ago, but the ring has been lost over time. I would love to get a new ring next year. Does anyone know if it still exists, or can even remember it?

I don't know about one near POTC, but there is one in EPCOT across the sidewalk from the Mexican pavillion
