"Animal towels"

Hello! I was just wondering if anyone here knew any websites that showed you how to make those cute little animal towels that the room keepers leave you? I find them so adorable, and I was thinking about making some for my little cousins.

A Google search on "towel animals how to" came up with this site: Towel Animals | How To Make Carnival Cruise Ship Origami Crafts - it has videos for $1 showing how to make the animals. This link Towel Animals & Towel Origami: How To Make Them Just Like On The Cruise Ships -- The Easy Way! on Squidoo is by the same person, but she includes a list of books, and then part way down the page there is a link that says "Free Towel Animal Folding Directions"

We have a peacock and a elephant one. For Christmas we got an angel but for some reason they took in away!

We had so many when we were there on our honeymoon. When we were leaving to check out we ran into our housekeeper and she asked us if we took them with us. When we told her no (we actually had a few) she insisted we take them. She said they were ours. So we took all of them home!

1. I have never asked, I just take (including soaps and shampoos and anything else disney related).
2. If you don't handle them to much they will keep their shape.
3. Every hotel I have stayed at has had them but I guess it depends on who is your housekeeper.

That was my guess. I put our towels in a bag that we bring just for souviners. Make sure they have plenty of room in the bag so they don't get smushed. But make sure they are kinda put in their nicely so they don't move too much.

I also take soap and shampoo.

I just had to throw out some of mine because the rubberbands on them had dried out and broke. They were a few years old. Time to go back and get more!
