    Question Muppets question, need answer please!!

    My husband and I were talking about the shows from our youths and the muppets came up. He said that his favorite character was the big life sized blue shaggy thing with horns that only came out during the ending credits when all the muppets were on stage. Does anyone know if this muppet has a name and if so what was it? thanks in advace......



    5/99 - first trip to WDW, off site, with boyfiend and his folks. GOT ENGAGED.
    11/00 - Second trip to WDW, off site, Honeymoon.
    5/03 - Third trip to WDW, off site, with husband, in-laws and nephews
    3/05 - Fourth trip to WDW, off site with husband, in-laws, mom, and nephews.
    12/07- Fifth trip to WDW, 1st time on site, with husband in-laws and mom.

    ]Thog is the only muppet that seems to come close to your description, but his "bio" didn't mention that he was seen at the end of each program. Good luck in your search for the answer. I found an interesting site that gave pictues with the names. I had no idea there were so many muppets.

    The one who comes out at the end of the show is Sweetums. He also chases the muppets in The Muppet Movie from the carlot telling them to slow down because he wants to go to Hollywood also.

    But he isn't blue... Sweetums that is.

    Actually Sweetums ( he is my favorite Muppet next to Animal) does have bit of blue in his fur just a smidge tho but if I remember correctly from last time there are some stage light shining on him so that may make him look a bit bluer
    It's a Disney thing. If you understood, your only question would be "can I go?"

    vixen and snwhtndwrfs - I wasn't talking about sweetum, but i like him too. If you look at the pics in the previous post you'll see the blue guy I'm talking about. My fav is and always will be the two old dudes in the balcony Waldorf and Statler. They always crack me up.

    Yes, Ladyfair, we'll be in FL the same time you are. Unfortunately, I am not AT WDW the entire time, but I will be in the area. I'm sure we'll get to the parks several times, but most of our visits will be impromptu. I will have email access while I'm home, so I can leave messages as to what our plans may be. Who knows, we may be able to cross paths while taking in the magic!

    The muppets are my favorite, got the DVD's of Muppets Season 1 and just got Muppets Season 2. Sweetum and Beeker are my favorites. Season 2 has the Pigs in Space.
    DISNEY IS MY HAPPY PLACE THE ONLY TIME THAT I GET 2WKS OF HAPPINESS AND WORRY FREE TIME!!!!!! This time I will see it through the eyes of my baby girl born 2008.

    Next Trip is December 2010

    Can't wait!!!!!!

    I just got the Muppet Show Season One and I love it! My kids seems to enjoy them also. Anyway, glad you got this all set with the blue guy!
