    Space Mountain Question

Well, last week, I went on a fast boat with my dad's friend. The boat was, WOW, speedy. I thought to myself, ''Hey, if this isn't too bad, I can do Space Mountain!'' But still, I have questions. Does SM have loops or incredibly intense moments? If I do ride this one, it will be my first roller coaster!

It does not have any loops or inversions. It does have some sharp turns and sudden drops, but its nothing too extreme. Space Mountain wasnt only my first roller coaster, it was my first Disney attraction. I dont think you should have any problem with it, I first rode it when I was about 8 I believe.

Space Mountain was my first ever roller coaster too! I think I was about 12 years old at the time. Now I am addicted to roller coasters

I have to say I do not like roller coasters, in general. There is something to be said for not knowing where you are going- the whole ride is in the dark. It is really, super neat. Now I ride every time we go. Once you conquer Space, go and conquer Big Thunder! I really love that one. It does not go upside down, or have any big drops. It is just fast and shaky and a little whippy. Just relax, and have fun!

My son was 7 when he first went on it. He loved it. I am not sure about my little guys this time. They will be 5 and 6. Should be interesting!

My DD is only 11 but about the size of a 8 yo. She LOVES Space Mountain. It was her first roller coaster, and now she will do any ride in any of the parks with the exception of TOT, which at this time she hasn't got up the nerve for as of yet. But as for the ride itself, you will love it. (and a little birdy told me, they even blow fans on you to make you feel like you going alot faster than you really are)

I rode Space Mtn when I was 5 and now I take my 4-year-old niece on it all the time. She rode Splash and Big Thunder when she was 3 and is so happy that she's tall enough to ride Space.

Oh, how bad Disney would be without Special Effects!
