We also shouldn't need a warning label telling us not to use our hairdryers in the shower.

(It does make me wonder though, did someone actually use the hairdryer before they were out of the tub.)

^ My thought is that if someone hadn't tried it , they wouldn't have put the label there...

There was even a warning label on a Superman costume that says "Does not give children ability to fly." Really makes you wonder.

I saw a child's Tigger costume, this year in a store, with a tag that "this costume is not to be used for bouncing"...I guess Rabbit finally got his way...LOL

    I can't resist this:
I've seen 2 REALLY stupid labels recently:
    - A toliet brush that says: Do not use for personal hygiene.
    - A clothes iron that says: Do not iron clothes on body.
I saw one for a hairdryer on Leno that said "Do not use while sleeping".

This reminds me of a great email I got. Here it is:

On a Sears hairdryer: Do not use while sleeping.

On a bag of Fritos: You could be a winner! No purchase necessary. Details inside.

On a bar of Dial soap: "Directions: Use like regular soap."

On some Swanson frozen dinners: "Serving suggestion: Defrost."

On Tesco's Tiramisu dessert (printed on bottom): "Do not turn upside down."

On Marks & Spencer Bread Pudding: "Product will be hot after heating."

On packaging for a Rowenta iron: "Do not iron clothes on body."

On Boot's Children Cough Medicine: "Do not drive a car or operate machinery after taking this medication."

On Nytol Sleep Aid: "Warning: May cause drowsiness."

On most brands of Christmas lights: "For indoor or outdoor use only."

On a Japanese food processor: "Not to be used for the other use."

On Sunsbury's peanuts: "Warning: contains nuts."

On an American Airlines packet of nuts: "Instructions: Open packet, eat nuts."

On a child's superman costume: "Wearing of this garment does not enable you to fly."

On a Swedish chainsaw: "Do not attempt to stop chain with your hands or (private areas)." <= I changed the word in ( ) so no one would get offended.

I was a CM over at Epcot at this time, I remember this happening. My friend was the roommate of a HM CM. Although I heard it was her hair that was cought in the track and all but ripped out. Not her feet. Same story though, she got out to scare a friend and go caught.
I still work in customer service at a well kinown coffee shop here in Canada and to this day I still believe that most of the general public are dummies and don't think rules apply to them!
