Hours of operation in Downtown Disney, seasonal?

I found this on allearsnet, this summer when we went to DTD a lot of the stores were closed, it was night time but I am pretty sure we were there before 11pm, do they have diffent operating hours throughout the year?

DOWNTOWN DISNEY Marketplace:

Shops open 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday
Shops open 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday - Saturday
Restaurants open daily 9 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Guest Relations (407-828-3150): 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday – Thursday; 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday – Saturday

DOWNTOWN DISNEY Pleasure Island

Shops open daily 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Clubs open nightly 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

DOWNTOWN DISNEY West Side
Shops open 10:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. - Sunday - Thursday
Shops open 10:30 a.m. - Midnight - Friday - Saturday
Restaurants open daily from 11 a.m. - Midnight
Guest Relations is open 9 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. daily.

I've never been to DTD when it has different hours. They're always open late.
