Jackie, there are no special perks guaranteed for anniversary, honeymoon, birthday or any other occasion. What you should do is go to guest relations in the park you are visiting and get an anniversary pin and wear them through the parks. You may just get special well wishes to maybe front of the line/fast pass or something like that. You can always plan ahead and pay for something special, like an Illuminations Cruise or a special dinner etc.
Make sure to mention with your resort and dining reservations that it's your anniversary as well. Disney tends to do little special things for you if you do.
Sometimes all you need is a reminder that out there lies a better place... a better world... a Walt Disney World. Visited In: 1983, 1988, 1989 x2, 1991, 1992, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 (passholder), 2007 (x2 x3), 2008, 2009 (x2), 2010, 2011 (x2)

We were down in September to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. Our travel agent noted it on our reservation so when we checked in to the WL we received the Happy Anniversary pins. They put a picture and balloons in our room. We were chosen to welcome everyone to the Little Mermaid show because we were wearing those pins. We got a certificate signed by Ariel and Prince Eric (they told us he is really hard to get an autograph from). We also ate dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse on our anniversary. They gave us personalized menus to keep with our names on and they also brought us a plate with some chocolates in between our entrees and desserts. Make sure to wear to those pins because we certainly received extra attention.
