Is there an extra charge for the indy speedway??

Do you mean the Indy Speedway uh, [thing] in Tomorrowland? If so, no there's no charge whatsoever. Just a regular attraction.

MiraNova is right if you mean the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway then yes it's just a regular attraction in the MK that is included in you price of park admission. But if you mean the Walt Disney World Speedway (a one mile auto racing track and home of the Richard Petty Driving Experience) then that is a seperate price and I would imagine alot of paper signing (so Disney is not responsible sort of thing). Yeah, if you are talking about the Walt Disney World Speedway, then there are various packages available, all quite pricey of course, but separate from a theme park cost or experience.

There is no such thing as an extra charge for any ride or attraction inside the 4 WDW theme parks. Once you are inside the gates, you are entitled to enjoy all rides and attractions that are open.

Not *quite* true. There are a few things that I would consider minor attractions that cost extra:
* Frontierland shooting gallery
* Shrunked Ned's Jungle Boats in Adventureland
* Tomorrowland Arcade as you exit Space Mountain
* Petting Zoo feed in Animal Kingdom (I think? I may be confusing this with our local state fair)

And of course, there's various tours and other experiences that cost extra - Behind the Seeds, Around the World on a Segway, Keys to the Kingdom, Wishes crusie, etc.

Just so you know it's not exactly a speedway, they are cars on tracks that follow a path around. They're fun but don't go very fast.

The petting zoo at Animal Kingdom is free, you just have to take a train ride out to Rafiki's Planet Watch
