I believe they have one of the gates labeled for the Princess Breakfast (look to the far right or far left). You will be allowed to enter through that gate after they confirm your reservation (bring your confirmation number just in case!) and then can go through Future World and around the left side of World Showcase (past Mexico to Norway).
I'm not sure what setup they have if you are coming in through the International Gateway ('back') entrance of Epcot. That entrance does open the same time as Future World, so you can enter there and go past the UK and Canada to get to Future World. My guess is that you would have to come in that way and continue around past Mexico to reach Norway. Leave yourself some extra time!

Even though the WS isn't open, you are still able to get to Norway. The WS is roped off right after the restaurant, so you can get there.

As a previous poster said, tell on of the CM's at the gate and they will show you where to go. It is a fab experience, my favourite character meal.
Ditto everything everyone else said. When we did it in May 2007, we had an 8 something PS, so they just let us right on in. We did go to the left at the turnstiles and they did check our name off. Make sure you take your PS number. They did ask for ours as confirmation and we were let right through. Have fun! We love this breakfast. We did the breakfast back in May of 2005 as well and they changed the breakfast during those two years. In addition to the staples (eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc....)they had a buffet line of Norweigen food. Salmon, dill sauce, capers, tomatoes, onions, leftsa, pastries, etc.....that you could choose from. I loved that part more than the traditional breakfast! Enjoy!!!!!

Thanks for the information everyone. Sounds like it will be very enjoyable.
