When we did a Memorial Day trip, we went to Animal Kingdom that day and had dinner at Jiko.

With it being a holiday and a Monday, I would think the Magic Kingdom would be the most crowded with people starting their vacations and locals taking advantage of the day off from work.

On the actual holiday, I would go to Epcot just because it's bigger and can handle more people. Do Not go to MK. We did last year and it was PACKED! We forgot that it was Memorial Day, otherwise we would have gone to Epcot.

AK would probably appear to be less crowded (Biggest park), but it's the rides that will be packed since there aren't that many to begin with. But if you're going just to look, it would probably be nice.

What ever park you choose, be sure to get there ASAP, that way you can get as much done as possible when it's cooler and less crowded.

Hope this helps and Have Fun!!!

I also heard that Epcot was the best park to be at on any really crowded days due to it's size. You may have to fight for your Soarin' fastpasses, though . Have a great time!

I agree with Epcot. I went to the Studios last Memorial Day and the crowd was horrible. We stayed most of the day and then went to Epcot where it seemed much more manageable.

By all means, avoid the MK!! Definitely go to EPCOT. AS EARLY AS YOU CAN! Oh, and you might want to take some Xanax along with you.

We went to the Studios last year (2007) and it was fine for us. We arrived around 10:30 and left close to closing time. We got to do most everything we wanted to do. But since we knew we'd be back to that park again later in the week, we took it easy. I didn't find it too crowded at all. I guess it all depends on your definition of crowded. We mostly saw shows (Indy, Mermaid, BatB, etc...) and stayed in the Animation section (we love to do the drawings). Eating at lunch time wasn't too crowded either. I was able to get our food pretty quickly (ate at the ABC Commissary) and we found a spot to sit with no problem.

Of course, we didn't get in line for things like Tot and RnRC so I can't comment on that.

Epcot makes more sense, but unless you get there first thing in the morning when it opens or during IllumiNations, forget riding Soarin'.

Like everyone else says, AVOID MK like the plague.

I would probably go with Epcot as well unless you think they'd be big into looking at animals. I think Mondays are EMHs for AK which might be why touring plans advise you against it.
