Main Street Electrical Parade

According to Lou's book, the 'Main Street Electrical Parade' was replaced by 'SpectroMagic'... but I'm getting a different answer from someone else and I was wondering if maybe there was more than one answer or if someone could tell me which is correct.

This is the other answer that was given to me:

In 1997, the Main Street Electrical Parade was replaced by the Light Magic, which was an immediate failure. On April 25, 2001, Disney announced the return of the parade, which has now been renamed as Disney's Electrical Parade.

I know tht the last part is wrong... but was there a 'Light Magic' parade in 1997?

That person is talking about Disneyland, where Light Magic was a short lived nighttime parade.
