rental car in wdw

hi i was wondering if anyone had any info on car rentals in wdw, im going in sept and need a car for one day in the middle of my trip. can the front desk have one delivered or can you take a shuttle? any info would be greatly appreciated

If you use National/Alamo and staying on site, they will send free shuttle to get you and take you to the Car Care Center where the rental location is. I did this last December, as we dont rent car for week and just use Disney Transportation. We rent from MCO to WDW and drop off at Car care center or the dolphin resort. then at end of trip get one again for trip back to MCO.
