Has anyone else noticed that when you go over the bridge on the safari it doesn't rock and move anymore. I've gone on twice in the past couple of months and both times this has happened. Has anyone noticed this or has it moved for you? Thanks! :D

We went on it twice in December and it was still part of the script then...
Huh. That's weird. I wonder if it was just a weird thing that just happened to us. Thanks for responding!
It didn't shake in January.
didn't shake in october either, but anytime i've gone on it with our guide dog they've left it out, so maybe it depends if there's a lot of wheelchairs or people they think wouldn't benefit from the shaking?
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it didn't shake last time we were on it, which was probably Dec. 2007. It was still in the script though where the driver slows down, says whatever and guns it.
There used to also be the poacher's jeep that drove alongside the jeep but behind some trees and plants - you knew it was there but didn't get a good look. That hasn't worked in a long time.
Its worked off and on with us before. Last time we went the bridge didn't shake. I would think it was probably more of a matter of something wasn't working right at the time so they just cut it from the ride until they can get it fixed.
We went on twice in January and the bridge didn't shake or anything, although the part about it being an old unstable bridge and the driver wanting to get across it fast was still in the script.
I think it work for every other time (well thats my hypothesis)because it works off and on for us
The bridge hydraulics were not used in November 08, but the script did not change.
LockShockBarrel may be onto something with the reasons why it is omitted. I have not thought to look for a reason for the inconsistent use of the bridge, but I will from now on.
Maybe it has something to do with the location of the animals. Perhaps if the crocs are under the bridge they can't activate the hydraulics because they hate it or something. That is a bit of a stretch, I know.
I will make a mental note from now on to notice who is on our ride vehicle and whether or not the bridge effect is used.
Has anyone else noticed that they also don't reference the elephant as Little Red anymore?
I was there on 16 march 2009 and it rocked for me. Took me by surprise!
Shook last summer
It shook when we rode it March 16th.
Thanks for posting everybody! I hope next time that it will rock for me!
