In the morning - you have to show your room key. If you are coming from offsite, you have to drive in, right. Not likely an easy feat to get past the parking attendants.
In the evening, you must have a wristband on. I saw many people turned away from Mickey's Philharmagic that did not have those precious wristbands on.
Oh - the room keys tend to have your name on it....
If there is a certain character you are looking for - most CM's will call and ask someone their location for you - Extra Magic Hours or not.
Which attractions, resturants, and shops are open late?
How often are the parks open a full three hours instead of just one?
If we can dream it, we can do it.
Well the three hours occur at night every 2-5 days for each of the parks.
Same thing for the morning.
Very few attractions resturants and shops are open late as opposed to the morning.
Well I'll be hoho, It's the Blue Fairy

I love Fantasmic!

This may be a good place for you to bookmark. Deb always has lots of up to date in on the park times and a good explanation for what is open early and what is open late.
You most definately can get in the parking lot on EMH mornings
If you are coming from offsite, you have to drive in, right. Not likely an easy feat to get past the parking attendants.
Can any one explain to me what you mean by there are few attractions open as most of the sites including Disney's mention quite a few rides and stuff open uring the nights that aren't open during the day. Hopefully some one can clarify this for me

See? More attractions are running at night than in the morning, but in both cases it is only a few attractions compared to the total number of attractions at the park.
Hope that helps!

My suggestion is get to the parks before noon and you do ok this time of year. Just this last Sunday we got to MGM at 9 when it opened went straight to TOT and RRC and road each two times before 10:30AM. Then we enjoyed seeing everything else and we were done by 3PM. They were not even offering FastPass yet.
PS The shops were open til around 10 on Monday at DD.
