Free dining offer and travel documents

Hello, everyone!
Although this is not my first trip to WDW, it is the first time that I deal directly with Disney. We are a party of 4 coming from Brazil to stay from Dec 7 to Dec 18 at WDW, Port Orleans Riverside (Magic Your Way Plus Dining). As soon as I learned about the free dining offer extension, I called Disney to see if that offer could be incorporated to our package. Sure enough, it could. So, they immediately took out the "plus dining" from our package (there was a more-than-welcome decrease in the price we'll have to pay) and they also told me I would be getting an email with a confirmation. However, it's been two weeks I haven't got word from Disney and there's nothing on my reservation page that tells me that we will be enjoying the offer. We have already paid the 200 USD deposit, so it's like we're "officially" booked, right? Anyway, to make a long story short: how do we know for sure that we'll get the free dining offer? Does it usually take that long (2 weeks) for Disney to send an email confirmation? Or will we only see the offer incorporated to our package when we get our travel documents (tags, vouchers, etc)? And after all, when do we get our travel documents???
