Hey Gang- Thought I'd ask all you experts if you knew what was up...

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Disney and we stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside. Every time the bus left the resort we could see something was being built across the street. At this point it was just alot of dirt and machinery (i.e. no structures yet) but it looked like they could be putting in foundations for something. Anyone know what is going in there??
