"Disney's Folly"

I'm reading "Walt Disney: An American Original" by Bob Thomas and I have two questions about it:

1) Does anyone know the credibility of this book and

2) The more important question that I have, It said that at the end of Disney's "Folly", Snow White, the prince at the end when he leans over to kiss Snow White shakes a little and Walt asked Roy if it was possible to fix it with their budget and how much time they had left. Roy said no, and the shaking remained. My question is does the prince still shake on say the DVD now, or did they eventually fix it so it no longer does?

YouTube - Snow White Music - Love's First Kiss (Finale)

It doesn't look all that bad to me on this video, but again, I don't know if it was eventually fixed

1. Bob Thomas' book is more or less the "official" bio. In my opinion it is the best of what is out there.

2. Walt told Roy it could be fixed before the premier for $250,000. Roy said keep it in. However after the movie made loads of money the shake was fixed.

I beileve Bob is the official biographer so he has access to the Disney vaults. Wish I had that!
