How Many Days left on a Pass

Is there a way to find out how many days are left on a pass/ticket before getting to WDW?

I doubt the local Disney store could check, but I plan to give it a shot this weekend.

I am hoping there is a phone number I could call.

My in-laws have passes, but are not sure if they have 2 or 3 days left on it and it is making the planning for our trip in a few weeks too much work.

Normally, you can ONLY do so at the park itself. A Disney Store definitely CANNOT.

There WAS a number for a while that you could call, unfortunately I don't have it readily available, but from reports over the past couple months they no longer provide that information over the phone.

Last I read, the ticket had to be scanned at Guest Relations in one of the parks to determine the number of days on the tickets.

GR inside OR outside, and any of the ticket booths, should be able to do it.

Resorts MAY be able to do it...not sure.

You can only do this at Guest Relations at the theme parks.

Actually, I have double checked and all ticket booths (including the TTC), plus any Guest Relations location (including DTD) can check what entitlements remain on your ticket. Resort concierges may be able to, but not likely if they are older than the current MYW tickets.

The phone number to WDW Ticketing that was available for a while seems to no longer give that information.

I know for a fact that my local Disney Story gave me a phone number just a couple of months ago to call and check the number left. I can NOT find the number I'm sorry to say, but ask the cast members at the store if they know the number. I called and was able to read them the # from the back of our tickets and provide some info on the credit card I used to purchase and they told me the number of days left on the pass. Good luck!

There WAS a number you could call to get the ticket info that started about a year or so ago, but recently anyone calling it has been told that they no longer give that information over the phone.

I don't remember the number myself, but I do remember you had to selection Option 2. It may have even been the main WDW Ticketing number itself.

Well, hrmph! I wonder why they would discontinue that?? What a pain! Sorry! I guess I need to be more vigilant about keeping track from now on! Thanks for the update, though! Very good to know.

I don't think YOU need to be more vigilant, and certainly didn't mean to imply it...

As to why? Not entirely sure, but I could speculate all day

I can't help w/finding out how many days are left... but would make a suggestion regarding your planning.

I would assume they have the 3 days left on their tickets.
Better to get there & find out you have to add a day (which they will easily & happily do for you) than to find out you've bought an extra day that you won't need.

Oh, no worries! I just meant being more vigilant about keeping track of my leftover days. Before I had a kiddo I was really vigilant about keeping a sticky note on my old tickets with how many days used and how many left etc. Now.... not so much.

I'm lucky if I can find the tickets after our trips. Can't complain, though, Disney with a 2 year old is truly a magical experience!

I didn't think I would have any luck, I figured I was going to have to walk up to Guest Relations to find out.

My situation is my in-laws have passes from the Military Salute promotion. I think the one day we went to the Magic Kingdom they did not scan my father-in-law's ticket, He is a Disabled Veteran and was in a wheelchair, and I think the cast member opened the gate, and he went right thru. I believe he has 3 days on his ticket and my mother-in-law has 2. I could be wrong, but I had hopes of getting all this sorted out before I got to the gate with them in tow.
