What time can you enter MK for MNSSHP?

What time can you enter the Magic Kingdom if you only have a ticket for that night's Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party?

I believe I read someone's account of getting into the MK around 4PM the day of event? Does that sound correct to anyone?

yeah, in the past, you are allowed in at 4PM through a special entrance, so that you can get a wristband that says you are there for the Halloween party. Not sure how they are doing it this year. But in the past, it was 4PM

It should still be 4pm, after which you don't need to use a separate day's admission. This also applies to MVMCP.
