My "Disney" group of Apps on my iPhone includes:
WDW Lines - as someone else mentioned, official app of TouringPlans.com. Has wait times (current and predicted), crowd levels, show schedules, etc
Mouse Memo - convenient place to store all your upcoming reservations for air, hotel, restaurants, events, tours, etc. Also has a link to Restaurant menus on AllEars
Radio Disney - listen to Radio Disney on the go
Disney - the official Disney app. Has games, trivia, comics, etc
WDW Radio - Lou's official app. Links to the podcast, blog post, audio guides, etc
MouseWorldRadio - listen to MWR on the go
WishingStars - play little scavenger-hunt games in the parks
WDW Dining - just a bookmark to the mobile WDW dining website: disneyworld.com/dining/m
I have the Disney Undercover Tourist. It compiles things like park hours, dining, crowd forecast etc. I have the free version, but there is a paid version as well.

I like the S&D Dining app. Of course, it's only useful if you wish to dine at the Swan or Dolphin, but it gives you what meals they are open for, photos, types of dining, and menus with prices.
