Very well could be, but the EMH will not include the live animals, just other attractions and shows.

We did one late night at AK over Thanksgiving. NC is correct, no animals.
The attractions are open, Kali was not however the night we were there.
That leaves a handful of attractions and shows. And there were not an abundance of show times either.
The park was not originally designed for night visits so the lighting is low and I guessing they have not added a lot since the animals need sleep, unlike us tourists.Watch your step, the sidewalks are not exactly smooth and the lighting makes it a little deceptive.
It was cool to be there at night, rather tranquil. Lines are long especially Everest and the FP for Everest generally go quickly for that evening.
My suggestion is nab an evening reservation for Yak and Yeti.
I actually went to Animal Kingdom after dark one time for EMH. It was rather dead, hardly anyone in the park, we waited 5min for Everest. Which is an amazing ride at night. Like said before, it is low lit and kind of hard to navigate if you're the least bit unfamiliarity but is definitely a blast and a different experience than during the day.
Yes, DAK will be open to 10 if the regular closing time is 7PM and it's evening EMH's. Tree of Life is beautiful to see lit up in the dark....that alone is worth going IMHO.
