Book about Attractions Backstories

Are there any books that has some of the popular attractions' backstories and history?

I have book I like very much which gives an extensive history including the backstory of the Haunted Mansion. It's by Jason Surrell Haunted Mansion, Jason Surrell, Book - Barnes & Noble

He also wrote about POTC and other Disney attractions.

I like the book GinnyFavors mentions and the Imagineers Field Guide to the MK.
