Annual Pass Voucher

I have an annual pass voucher i know i need to turn that in at guest relations to get my pass. My question is how late can i get that pass. We are getting in late and would like to go to extra magic hours at epcot. Any idea how late we can get our annual pass. i cant find an answer any where.

Also, Am i correct that it is guest realtions you get your annual pass at not the ticket window if i already have the voucher.

In answer to your second question, yes it is guest relations and not the ticket window where you get your pass. It just so happens that we got our passes at Epcot last time. The window we used was right near the monorail station.

As far as the hours of operation, I really don't know. I would expect guest relations to be open until the park closes, but I can't really say for sure. Did you try calling Disney? They may be able to answer your question. They do have a phone number that is specifically for passholders, it is (407) 560-PASS. But the last time I tried calling it (a few years ago) it just clicked a few times and then dumped me into the same phone queue as calling (407)WDISNEY. Seemed like a technical issue more than an intentional thing so maybe the behavior is different now.

Actually, this may be more helpful. I found reference to a Guest Relations Office phone number on the web site. They list the number as (407) WDW-MAGIC (407-939-6244). Seems like if anyone can tell you how late the kiosk at Epcot is open, it should be them.

Yes it did dump right into the other phone queue. I get different answers from different people on the same question. I guess i will just try and see what happens. So i guess i just need to know when does guest relations close.

Here's another number to try. I found it at Disney Contact Information. They list a number for Epcot Operations at (407) 560-7292.

I also found another site, Epcot - Florida Theme Parks .com, that includes an address and phone number for Epcot. Actually there are two numbers, but one might be a fax. They are 407-824-4321 and 407-939-7801.

Here is another different answer for you...

Annual Pass vouchers can be turned in for an activated Annual Pass at ANY TICKET BOOTH, in addition to the Guest Relations windows at each park and Downtown Disney. Pretty much the only place that cannot handle them is the resorts, as the resorts do not have full access to the Automated Ticketing System (ATS).

And I believe that at least one ticket booth and/or guest relations will be open until closing - even for EMH.

I turned in a voucher just before Illuminations at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot last year and went right in.

Well i will see what will happen i will not get there untill about 11 and emh go till 12:30 just find it hard to get an answer on this one. I am the one that answers alot of my friends questions on wdw and this one is a hard one to track down.
