| Re: Compliment/ Complaint address I have written to guest communications before and they have told me that e-mails and letters are treated exactly the same, so you can save a stamp and just e-mail. Your comments will also get there quicker with e-mail. |

| Re: Compliment/ Complaint address I recently received a call back on an email I had sent in, and I wasn't even expecting anything back at all. So they definitely read them. The call came from Hollywood Studios...at first I thought they heard of some of my ideas and wanted me to consult on a movie  Then I realized it was a 407 number, and I thought I won a trip to WDW No such luck though

| Re: Compliment/ Complaint address If you think of it while you are at the park stop into Guest Relations & fill out a card. I find it easier to do that same day instead of trying to remember the CM name & specifics until I'm home. And the CM's in Guest Relations always seem very happy to be getting positive feedback.
