Rental Cars Vs Magical Express..or both?
Okay, so the boyfriend and I are planning a possible quick trip to the World June 18-20. The problem is on the 19th we have to be in Gainesville, so we do need to get a rental car. Since we would only need it for one day though, we're wondering if we can do it once we arrive at the All Stars and still get Disney's Magical Express to/from the airport.
Thanks in advance for any tips!

Not directly at the All-Stars, but Alamo/National have a rental desk at the Swan&Dolphin Resorts in the Epcot Resort Area, and also at the Car Care Center near the exit of the Magic Kingdom parking lots. I believe you can call (407) 824-3470 once you are at WDW for a shuttle service.

That's what I did a few years ago. My friend and I were going to visit her aunt, but only needed the car for that one day, so we just used the Disney transportation (and magical express) and then rented the car just for the day from the Swan and Dolphin. That way you're just paying for the day

One little thought to consider - you'll be spending a lot of your time dealing with the car while you only have a few days there. You might consider getting a car at the airport, especially if you are able to only have carry on bags. You'll have more time doing what you want to do.

Yeah, we thought about that too. Luggage aside though, a big thing for us tends to be getting to MCO on time, we've taken a few other trips to FL and had issues with having enough time for security and such..since the vacation's so short anyway, it would probably be better for us to have the bus getting us there way ahead of time and knowing exactly when we have to leave...we pretty much just don't want to have to think when we're at Disney, LOL!
