What to do first at Disney????

So may family is heading down to the World on Monday...we will be arriving at like 10 or 11 am. I have been many times but I always have a hard time trying to decide what to do first. Give me some suggestions please!!! It is my wife and I..my parents and my 10 year old niece. Any good ideas?

then we either head to MK for HM.. or if its late.. we just head over to shop through DTD

Same here! Even though I wish they'd bring back something more interesting in the last half it's still my "I'm home" attraction.

Do your shopping first, stores are empty. Have the store send your purchase to package pickup.

Head over to the outlets to load up on inexpensive pins for pintrading ($2.00 for 2 pins) If you see alot of the black and white hidden Mickey pins of the cartoonish families, this is why.

See, now I do that much later in the day. Once it gets dark, it's one of the few attractions that doesn't have a line. I'd rather hit the fast pass attractions before you actually need a fast pass, then when I get back to Epcot at night to see Illuminations, I ride Spaceship Earth on the way back in.
