Who is Mrs. Witherspoon (Voyage of Little Mermaid queue)

just a quick question for the experts here. The Voyage of the Little Mermaid queue has a lot of great hidden gems and jokes. For example, the typewriter that the Old man and the Sea was written on and other things like that. However, one of them is a photo of a "Mrs. Witherspoon" and the caption says (before the incident). However, I don't know who Mrs. Witherspoon is. I have been trying to research it and figure out the significance of it, but no answer has been found.

Well, I would assume that Mrs. Witherspoon is the wife of Capt. Horatio Witherspoon, whom you used to hear during the preshow while you waited in the nautical themed area for the VotLM. Maybe 'the incident' has something to do with the "antique mariner porta potty" hanging next to the photograph, maybe a tongue-in-cheek reference to getting stuck or something embarrassing like that!
