i have always booked mine... and if something comes up i call in and change it.. i always book with AAA and they have always been happy to apply any discount i come across if they can
Okay, we've been holding off on the reservations (even though we already have our flights bought and paid for). However we were holding out till July to see what Disney Specials they'd be offering, but nothing has been posted for November yet. Should I just call and book it? And also, what happens if we book it, and then they come out with a Special Offer after we book, will they go back and change it for us?
We are just dying to have it booked! is it better to wait?

If you are booking direct with Disney, you are free to book and rebook as necessary until a certain point at least - I want to say 45 days. So if there are rooms available that you qualify for when a deal comes out, just call back and rebook.
After 45 days (or whatever it is), then cancellation charges can take effect, but if you are simply rebooking I don't believe there is any charge.

Yeah if something comes up you can change it. We are going in Nov. too and we got a deal for 30% off our room, then a month or two later we got the kids stay and play free deal. Saved us an extra $20 so it wasn't a big deal, but our travel agent took care of the whole thing for us.. Make sure you set up a profile and all that on the WDW site, I am pretty sure that's how we get the offers.
they will generally be very helpful at WDW... if your honest with them and say "hey i booked this trip two months ago and now im seeing the same trip for less can i rebook it..." they will help you as long as the rooms are available...
ive done it... they have you book a second trip (so as not to ***** up your trip if they cannot accommodate) and once your finished they can cancel your original trip... at least thats how theyve done it for me...

Absolutely you should book it and then keep your eyes out for a deal and if you get one, just call and have it applied to the reservation.
Plus, if you use a TA they will keep an eye out for those discounts for you and automatically apply them to your reservation!
Good luck!!![]()

If you booked your trip through WDW pay very close attention to any possible deals that may come out. WDW will not get back in touch with you to help you rebook. If you use a travel agency they will keep their eyes and ears open for you. Also, on many occasions, the deals being offered by WDW are in limited supply. I fell "victim" to this on a booking a few years back. I don't remember the details but when I called they said the offer was already booked as it was limited. I called within about 2 days of the announcement of the special deal. Check for deals everyday and call immediately!!
