Our trip is September 28 and we just recieved our luggage tags... with two names being incorrect... not just incorrect spelling, the incorrect NAMES.
Instead of Ferry and Kelli... we have Harry and Lenny.
What number do I call about this to get the correct luggage tags in time for our trip?
Have you tried calling who ever issued the luggage tags?
call Disney and tell them your Magical Express has the wrong names on them... are they for the right resort at least...?
i didn't have any phone numbers because it's my friend who'd been talking to disney the whole time and since she had a funeral to prepare and attend this week, she asked me to take care of it.
i found the number and called. and disney said that as long as the code is correct on the tags, the names won't matter. so it's good... still kinda ****s if i wanted to keep them for nostalgia purposes, but oh well.

Call reservations and state your case. This can be a security issue so ask if you can have the tags overnighted to you.

im wondering if the resort is right... if this is magical express then your whole packet is not right... do they have the right flight information going there and back...?

This could also be a big issue if there is a problem with the bags being lost. Reclaiming bags tagged with someone else's name is a big issue. I'd call back and inform them that they need to provide you with the correct tags.
yeh that would be tough to get lost bags with tags with someone elses name... especially when your luggage tags and your magical express tags dont match up...!Quote:
