Online Check-In Service for UK guests

Hi,

We're due to arrive at Beach Club Resort next week and I wanted to check us in before we arrived, but using the Online Check-In Service at Disney's website I get an error message saying that this service is not available.
We booked our holiday via Disney travel company here in the UK.

Is this service only available for people in the US?
And also, have anyone else in the UK had the same error as me?

I would have figured that anyone could use the online check-in. I would suggest calling WDW and try to find out if you can do it over the phone. It saves a bunch of time to pre-register.

That's what we thought as well. We did phone the resort last night and put in our requests. So it's all good.

No, as far as I understand the online check-in service is only possible for guests booking via Disney's travel company in the US. We (UK) booked via Disney's travel company in the UK which.
