Where do I find disney villains ?
Hey people !
I'd like to know where to find disney Villains at WDW...Specifically Jafar or Shan-yu. I've been visiting WDW ever since I was 6. I go there almost every year. I used to see Jafar hanging out around disney more often than now. :cry::( The last two times I visited WDW I didn't see him. maybe It's because I just wasn't where he was supposed to be...I dunno. But if any one knows where he'll be or will probably be at...please tell me. and I would also like to meet Shan yu. I know that he normally meet-n-greets at DLP but some say they've seen him at WDW...

I've only seen Jafar mostly in parades. We did see him at The Studios and in fact we got our picture taken with him. He wasn't available for autographs because it was too late in the day and all of the characters had to get back for Fantasmic.
No idea on the Shan-yu.

I don't think Shan-Yu is a meet & greet character. I've only ever seen Mulan and that's rare at best.

The only place I've ever seen Jafar available for meet-and-greets was at the Animation pavilion at DHS. We showed up once about 2 hours before Fantasmic, and were shocked to see it flooded with characters. In addition to Jafar, there was Queen of Hearts, Friar Tuck, and a couple others I can't remember.

I've seen Jafar at the castle show, not sure if he is still in the show or not. Last time I watched it most of the characters did a meet and greet after the show. It was during MNSSHP

I usually see Jafar at the Morocco pavillion in Epcot, sometimes at the Studios, and very occasionally in Adventureland. Shan-Yu I remember seeing a while back at the China pavillion in Epcot and once at the Studios...but that was a while ago.

They are not really in the parks. I know... but sometimes you will see them in the parks the one that is the easiest to find is Hook. Well good luck i've seen them in MGM. but not MK,AK,EPCOT,

When you plan your next vacation to WDW, contact guest services at lest 90 days before hand and you can arrange (for an additional charge) a meet and greet with any currently featured Disney character.
If you don't want a private meet and greet, you can get a schedule of all appearances in the parks, usually for about 48 hours ahead of time.

Jafar is at MNSSHP and I think Shau-yu but I don't remember seeing him...
Adventureland usually has Genie but I have seen Jafar there on occasion.

Well,. first find the folks who made the decision to go cheap on DCA and then to cut back cast members and maintenance at the parks...Oh not THAT type of villian....

I did see Shan-Yu a long time ago, and yes, it was back in the China pavillion. He was out with Mushu.

We had the same experience on a fluke. Just check out the pavillion and see if you get lucky. I don't recall if it was on a Fantasmic night, but it was during a weekend..mid-day.
