I'm guessing you use the two flights that use Orlando Airport coz they will be used to determin the time ME's you'll need
Hey guys, very basic question so I'm sure someone knows. When entering our flight information on Disneyworld.com, there's only space for 1 flight number per way. We have connections on both ways so, essentially, we have 4 flight numbers. My question is, which number do I enter?
Going
Detroit to Nashville
Nashville to Orlando
Returning
Orlando to Nashville
Nashville to Detroit
I'm thinking I should enter Nashville to Orlando for the going and Nashville to Detroit for the returning. Can anyone help here?

But Fi, on the return trip, we wanna make sure our bags get back to Detroit so that's where my thinking is coming from on that one...

It has to be based on the flights in and out of Orlando, because ME has nothing to do with where your return home flight ends. But just to be sure call the ME toll free number and ask them, they were very helpful to us the first time we used ME.

Logic is sound on both choices, so when in doubt, call your travel agent or Disney and ask.
See I believe it's based on MCO (Orlando) only because logically your airline will know where your bags are going from Orlando because they need to tag your bags going home... ME generally doesn't deal with baggage on departure... All they do is take your bags and send it ahead to the airport the morning you leave... My suggestion would be to ask the front desk on arrival... Or call Disney directly now to find out... You
Might be best served taking your bags and checking them yourselves at the airport when you leave to go home to be sure they arrive at your final destination...

Just the flights to/from MCO because the airline would just transfer your bags...especially if you're flying direct, meaning you have the same flight number on your connecting flight from Nashville to Detroit (direct and nonstop do NOT mean the same thing)
but regardless, if trouble arises call travel agents, because the airlines would know where to send the bags based on the ticket they put on your bags
