    Birthday Land

Question when did Toontown fair change from Birthdayland to Toontown fair. I'm only wondering cos in the podcast from 9th of February they mention little shop fronts you can't go into and I have from my very first trip to disney as a child pictures at these miniature shops that I know were in disney but don't remember any more about them. Would they have been the Birthday land then? My first trip was 1995

I believe the Birthday Land lasted from 1988 to 1990 when it became Mickey's Starland before becoming Mickey's Toontown Fair in 1996.

    Re: Birthday Land

I answered my own question by getting into our attic (and after I thanked my mother for her hoarding abilities that she passed on) but she kept all the park maps from 1995 when we were first there and it was indeed Starland there. It's also reall interesting to look at the difference in the parks back then and now!
