Umm... I'm pretty sure... I don't think you can with characters in flight at DD so I'm not sure...

Location wise it makes sense, since I think it's kind of a straight shot view down to the MK from there.

I wonder how much you can see by doing the parasailing on Bay Lake....

Would parasailing qualify as an attraction, though?

I vote who cares if it is an attraction, it is on Disney Property and if you can sneak a peek at 4 parks woohoo!

I wish I had payed attention if I could see all the parks, DTD and water parks. Parasailing is so much fun and a blast of a way to see WDW. I recommend it to anyone willing to try.

I just checked with a friend of mine and he said he was not able to see Animal Kingdom but he thinks it's possible if he would have tried harder.

I know it is not an attraction, but you can also see all four parks from the top of the Contemporary at the California Grill.

I was about to suggest parasailing also; also on the monorail (i think to epcot) you can catch a glimpse or two.

    Re: Best view at Disney

Para sailing I would qualify as an attraction but the contempoary roof I would not.I think the neat thing about Summit Plumit is that you can see all the parks from one spot.

As far as the profile pic its within User CP and is your avatar.I can tell you the picture has to be fairly small or it will reject it.
